In my work I consistently apply and embody a coaching mindset, which is based on upholding my core values of Support, Challenge and Empower.

As an Accredited Coach, I am well versed in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) coaching ethics and standards and I work with clients in a safe and ethical way.

I strictly adhere to the ethics and standards set by the ICF and also subscribe to the EMCC Global Code of Ethics.

I am a registered member of the EMCC UK, where I gained my European Individual Accreditation (EIA) as a Global Senior Practitioner.
